The Commercial Court of Chartres returned its judgment on February 26th: The QOL company takeover proposal presented by Media Industry has been accepted and confirmed.
From the 16th of March 2015, Media Industry will officially take over QOL’s commercial and industrial activities in Vernouillet and Dreux. Media Industry will become a major player in France in the market for pressing optical discs under the “kdg France” and “QOL” trademarks. This is great news for the market. We can offer customers of the two structures a complete service, from pressing CDs, DVDs and BDs, printed packaging, to the complete B2B and B2C logistics of the products.
With great enthusiasm, Laurent Villaume, previously President of QOL, and his team will join us. Our first goal is to ensure the continuity of services you had with QOL and kdg France. We will keep you informed as soon as possible of the new organization that will be established in the different structures of the new entity to facilitate access to all of our services.
